| Generally you will start to see results after 4 weeks of use, however many people see results before then. |

| Yes. To change your shipping frequency, simply call Customer Service or email us your request. Choose the most suitable frequency for you: 60 days, 90 days or 120 days. This will be the time interval between shipments of your selected regimen. You can also set the frequency online, by going to the www.murad.ca website and log in, click My Account on the top menu bar, then go to "Club Membership" and check the "Change Shipment Frequency" box then select your desired frequency. |

| Yes.
