EasyPay is a service provided by Balley Direct that allows customers to split payments into smaller, more manageable increments.
How it benefits me?
EasyPay simply allows you to make smaller monthly payments for the products you buy, spreading the load to avoid those inconvenient lump sum payouts.
Is EasyPay right for everyone?
EasyPay is an option that may not be right for everyone. Some people prefer to settle the full amount owing each payment period in one lump sum payment. Only you will know whether EasyPay works best with your personal budgeting.
Who is eligible for EasyPay?
Any Canadian resident with a bank account or credit card is eligible.
What does this cost me?
Not a cent. EasyPay is a 100% free service.
How it works?
When one of our skincare regimens is ordered over the phone you will be asked how you prefer to pay for this, in easy monthly instalments or as a larger payment when each shipment is due. If you decide to pay in instalments i.e. our EasyPay option, then youâ€™ll be advised the amounts that will be deducted every 30 days. You will also have the option to pay via your credit card or directly from your bank account through our Electronic Check Processing option.
How much do I pay each month?
This depends which regimen you buy.
Example 1 - Acne Complex Kit
The Acne Complex kit is designed to last for 60 days (2 months). You can therefore opt to pay the full $59.90 member price every 60 days, or choose the EasyPay option.
Through EasyPay you would make 2 payments of $29.95. You pay taxes and shipping for your 2 month supply, only in the first month of each shipment period. For example
You owe $59.90 for the period Oct 1st to Nov30th (60 days)
1st payment $29.95 (+ $8.95 shipping + taxes)
2nd payment $29.95 only
Example 2 - Resurgence Kit
This shipped as a 90 day (3 month) supply. Total member price is $119.85.
Through EasyPay you would split over 3 payments:
1st payment $39.95 (+$8.95 shipping + taxes)
2nd payment $39.95 only
3rd payment $39.95 only
What happens if I cancel?
If you cancel before the product is shipped, you will not have been charged for your order (charges are only made to customers account once products are shipped).
If you cancel after the item has already been shipped and return the product (even if empty) then we will refund the payment and taxes, but not the shipping cost (or tax paid on this shipping cost), provided the product is returned within 60 days of purchase. No further charges will be made to your account in respect of that purchase.
If you are on the EasyPay system and decide you want to keep the product, but wish cancel your continuity (regular shipments) you will naturally be charged for any remaining balance owed to us until this is paid off.
Can I pay electronically from my bank account?
Yes, through ECP. Electronic Check Processing (ECP) is a convenient payment method that allows us to charge your bank account directly for orders placed through us. It is a safe alternative to credit card and is supported by all major banks. In order for us to process orders for you with this method, we must obtain your prior written consent through our form (available from Customer Service). This is only required once per customer account, making the process easy.
Can I pay with my credit card?
Yes you can. Simply provide your authorization to go ahead with the EasyPay option, and your credit card will be automatically charged for convenient instalment billing. This can be cancelled at anytime under the conditions of our return policy.
